NecesitoYa Handyman Services — Customer Terms

These terms cover only the handyman NecesitoYa sends you. They do not cover the NecesitoYa marketplace.

We send the handyman. We set the rate. You pay NecesitoYa for labor, not the handyman.

$99 first hour, then $85 an hour. Labor is billed by the hour, with no trip or mileage charge. Regular-hours jobs that bill 1 hour have a $25 booking fee, shown before you pay. If your job bills 2 hours or more, we refund the $25. If nobody shows up or there is no photo of the finished work, you get back everything you paid, including the booking fee.

Property-management and business accounts are billed under their own account pricing.

Vendor discount program accounts: $109 first hour, then $95 an hour, before the account's agreed volume discount. This list rate applies only to accounts whose vendor agreement requires a percentage discount on our invoices. Billed by the hour, with no trip or mileage charge. Materials extra, with a receipt.

You pay NecesitoYa up front, before the job is booked, through our secure payment link: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, Amazon Pay or Link. No cash or checks.

When you book, you pay for the first hour, plus the booking fee if it applies. If the job takes longer, we send you a second secure link for the extra time at the rates above. If you cancel before the handyman is on the way, or we can't schedule a handyman for your job, you get back everything you paid.

Materials are between you and the handyman. NecesitoYa does not buy materials, does not agree on a materials price, and does not charge for materials.

If nobody shows up, or there is no photo of the finished work, you do not pay. If you already paid, NecesitoYa refunds that Stripe charge and you get back everything you paid, including the booking fee. Once the work is finished and verified by a photo, refunds do not apply to personal style or aesthetic preferences.
