How it works

1. Tell us the job, the address, and a time that works.

2. NecesitoYa sends a handyman. Labor is $99 for the first hour and $85 for each additional hour, with no trip or mileage charges. Quick 1-hour jobs during regular hours include a $25 booking fee, shown before you pay. If your job is billed at 2 hours or more, we refund the full $25! And if no one shows up or there's no photo of the finished work, you get back everything you paid.

3. You pay NecesitoYa up front through our secure payment link: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, Amazon Pay or Link. We do not ask you to name a price.

The rules

  • Transparent Billing: You pay NecesitoYa up front, before the job is booked, through our secure payment link: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay, Amazon Pay or Link. No cash or checks. When you book, you pay for the first hour, plus the booking fee if it applies. If the job takes longer, we send you a second secure link for the extra time at the rates above. If you cancel before the handyman is on the way, or we can't schedule a handyman for your job, you get back everything you paid. $99 first hour, then $85 an hour. Labor is billed by the hour, with no trip or mileage charge. Regular-hours jobs that bill 1 hour have a $25 booking fee, shown before you pay. If your job bills 2 hours or more, we refund the $25. If nobody shows up or there is no photo of the finished work, you get back everything you paid, including the booking fee.

  • Materials: Materials are between the customer and the handyman. NecesitoYa is not involved. The customer or the handyman provides them. NecesitoYa does not buy them, does not agree on a materials price, and does not charge for them.
  • Materiales: Los materiales son entre el cliente y el handyman. NecesitoYa no interviene. El cliente o el handyman los proporciona. NecesitoYa no los compra, no acuerda un precio de materiales y no cobra por ellos.
  • If nobody shows or there is no photo: You do not pay, or you get back everything you paid, including the booking fee, if nobody shows up or there is no photo of the finished work. Refunds do not apply to personal style or aesthetic preferences once the work is finished.
