NecesitoYa Handyman: Provider Agreement (v1, Oct 23 2026)
Between 32&8 LLC dba NecesitoYa Handyman, 1845 Peninsular Dr, Haines City, FL 33844 ("NecesitoYa," "we") and the handyman signing below ("you").
1. You run your own business. You're not our employee, partner or agent. You choose your jobs, your hours and how you do the work, with your own tools and vehicle. You can work for anyone else.
2. Jobs. We send you job offers with the scope, address, time and pay. Accept or decline any offer, with no penalty and no minimum. If you accept, show up on time, or tell us right away if you can't.
3. Pay. Hourly jobs pay $79 for the first hour and $69 for each hour after. Flat jobs pay the amount on the job offer for that scope. We never charge you fees.
4. Hours. Check with us before going past the estimated hours. Extra time is paid only if we OK it first.
5. Getting paid. Same day, by Zelle or Cash App, after you send a clear photo of the finished work. If you forget, send it within 24 hours and you'll still be paid. If we never get the photo, the customer is refunded and that job isn't paid.
6. Customers and money. Customers pay NecesitoYa. Never quote prices, take payment, cash or tips, or offer side work to our customers. Send any price or extra-work question to us.
7. Materials. If materials aren't on site, check with us first, then buy only what we OK and send us a photo of the receipt. The customer pays us the receipt amount with the first hour, and we pay you back with your payout for that job. No markup, and never collect materials money from the customer yourself.
8. What you may do. Only handyman work you're qualified for. No work that needs a Florida or local license (for example new electrical wiring, plumbing beyond like-for-like fixture swaps, HVAC, roofing, structural work or gas) and no welding, torch or grinding work. In homes built before 1978, don't sand, scrape or cut painted surfaces beyond small touch-ups unless we've agreed in writing. If a job turns out to need any of this, stop and tell us.
9. Responsibility and insurance.
a. You're responsible for your work. As far as Florida law allows (including Fla. Stat. 725.06), you'll cover and defend NecesitoYa, including reasonable lawyer fees, against claims for injury or damage to the extent caused by you, your helpers or anyone working for you on a NecesitoYa job. This never covers our own fault. Your share is capped at $1,000,000 per incident.
b. Your insurance comes first. If you carry general liability insurance, you'll name "32&8 LLC dba NecesitoYa Handyman" as additional insured for ongoing and completed work, make it primary and non-contributory, and include a waiver of subrogation for us. You and your insurers give up any right to recover from us for losses your insurance covers.
c. Ready status. You can sign this agreement without insurance. To get Ready status you send us, once and again at each renewal: (1) a certificate showing general liability of at least $1M per occurrence and $2M aggregate (including completed work) with the items in 9b, and (2) a Florida workers' comp policy with employer's liability, or a Florida exemption certificate that we check on the state's site. If you're on an exemption, no helpers on our jobs. Tell us right away if any coverage lapses or changes; your Ready status pauses until it's fixed.
d. Which jobs need Ready status. Each job offer says whether it requires Ready status. Accepting one means your Ready coverage is in force from the time you accept until the job is done.
e. Taxes. You pay your own taxes. Before your first payout you'll send a W-9, and we may send you a 1099.
10. Conduct. Be respectful, keep customer information private and leave the site clean. Tell us right away about any damage or injury.
11. Ending this. Either of us can end this anytime by text or email. Pay you've earned is still paid. Section 9a and the waiver in 9b still apply to work you already did.
12. Signing electronically. You agree to sign and get this agreement electronically. We'll email or text you a copy.
