Provider no-show — provider never arrives for the scheduled job

Job not completed as described — significant deviation from what was agreed

Significant quality issues — with photo evidence submitted within 48 hours

Change of mind after the job is completed

Disputes not reported within 48 hours of the job date

Cash or off-platform payments — guarantee applies only to payments made through NecesitoYa

Damages beyond the amount paid for the job

Personal injury, property damage, or any consequential damages

False or unsubstantiated claims without evidence

📋 How to File a Claim / Cómo presentar un reclamo

Email hello@necesitoya.app within 48 hours of the job date

Include your job details, provider name, and photos if applicable

We contact both parties and review the case fairly

We aim to resolve claims within 3 business days — eligible outcomes include a refund or platform credit

Guarantee applies only to payments made through NecesitoYa

Refunds are limited to the amount paid for the job — no consequential damages

One claim per job

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. NecesitoYa has sole discretion in determining whether a claim qualifies for coverage

Both parties will be contacted before any resolution is made

This Guarantee is a goodwill program offered by NecesitoYa and does not create any additional legal obligations beyond those set forth in our Terms of Service
